We are unable to provide quotes over the phone but if enough information could be provided we might be able to provide a rough estimate.
Consulting
At Shadow Intelligence & Investigations when you come in for your inital consultation we make the experience stress free and easy.
One of our investigators will meet with you and obtain what type of service or services you are requiring. Our investigator will explain how the process works for what services you are requiring. The investigator will go over the cost's associated with the service or services you are inquiring about. What those services offer. If you are satisfy with our company we will then have you sign a contract with us just stating the services that we are going to perform for you along. That you as the client are aware of the costs of the service or services being rendered and that you agree to pay said costs.
Once you sign the agreement our agent will ask you questions pertaining to your case. The more information you can provide the better this allows us to be able to get a quicker start on the case.
Your time is important to us. If you are interested in our services and email us what you services you are interested in we can email you inital paperwork and you can either email it back to us or bring it to your appointment. If you are requesting our agency go travel with you either in state or out of state please let us know when contacting us. When traveling to other states it requires additional requirements for our agency. These requirements can take time to get approved. We also have to ensure we have team members on standby.

Shadow Intelligence & Investigations offers a unique service for our clients. If the client ops for the real time audio/video services. The client will be provided with a unique username and password with instructions on how to login. This is a unique service that allows our clients to view and hear what the investigator is seeing and hearing.

Training
We are currently working on becoming licensed in the State Of Arkansas to host Carry and Conceal classes. We will host individual and group classes.
We will also classes for
- Home Defense
- How to keep you and your family safe at large events.
- Personal safety when navigating large cities in a vehicle and on foot.
- Basic Medical Treatment after an incident.
- What weapon to choose and proper holster selection for everyday carry.
- Weapon retition and basic defensive tactics techniques.
- What to do if your in involved in a shooting either at home or other settings.

We have a strict hiring policy and high active and retired law enforcement along with retired military members.Our agents are qualified semi annually to ensure they remain proficient. We also offerr less than lethal options at the clients request.
- All Active Agents are Weapons qualified and proficient on numerous weapons platforms.
- Trained in Defensive/Evasive driving techniques.
- Tactical Emergency Medical Care.
- Medical Equipment is carried on all PPD details.
- Our number one concern is you and or your families safety and well being.
If we provide PPD services. Atleast one of our team members on the detail is trained in Tactical Medical Care. In the event an injury occurs our team will assess the injury, begin treatment while being transported to the nearest medical facility.

One of our investigators will explain the process, a potential timeline, along with the costs associated with the services you are requesting. If you are satisified with the arraignment you will sign a contract and one of our investigators will begin immediately working on your case.

If you're a mid size, large, or corporate compnay and require a large amount of background checks performed we offer a few options we provide unlimited background checks for your company. We offer two payment options monthly and or the cheaper option is paying for the service annually.
