While our clients like to let loose at no point should you see one of our employees drinking or doing illicit drugs. 
There number one goal is to ensure you enjoy yourself and remain safe from your pickup until your drop off. At any point 
during your trip you witness our agents or investigators consuming alcohol or illicit drugs please contact us through the 
emergency email at 
SOScontact@shadowintelandops.com if you reach us after hours you will get an immediate response with an emergency phone number to call to speak with one of our supervisors. This is not how our agents or investigators should act while
representing our agency. Once someone has made contact with you a new agent will be flown into your location to relieve the other agent of his current duties. 

This also applies to feeling unsafe or 
uncomfortable with an agent we want you to feel safe, comfortable, and protected.If you are unhappy with the servicez your    receiving please contact us immediately so we can make the situation right. Our number one goal is to provide you with a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience.

Disclaimer regarding Illegal Activities

We Shadow Intelligence & Investigations
Operate in a professional matter abiding by US and any country we operates Laws. If our agents our investigators witness a client participating in illegal activities 
regardless of the location, how long the contract is for, and the threat level in the area we are currently in. We Shadow Intel and Investigations have the right to and will without hesitation terminate the 
remainder of the contract. The full payment is due no later than five days prior to the contract start date.  No refunds will be issued and if we arranged transportation you will be responsible for booking airfare, lodging, and transportation from the 
airport home. We hold our staff to the
 highest level of professionalism. We do not 
expect them to jeopardize there freedom or expose them to unnecessary situations. Situations that can escalate rapidly and could endanger there lives. This is a policy all investigators and agents have agreed on and they will not make any exceptions to this policy. If you have any questions
